Keith Price is the owner and president of the firm.  Keith has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1971.  Prior to starting his own public accounting firm Keith was a field auditor with the Internal Revenue Service.  The training and experience gained at the IRS was excellent and served as a vehicle to gain knowledge in system analysis and tax law which has proved very valuable for his accounting practice.  That experience along with the experience gained along the way has enabled Keith to guide his clients through periods of inflation, recession and the  change of computerizing clients books and keeping up with the rapid changes in that arena.

Rick has been with the firm for 20 years, gaining a wealth of practical knowledge along the way.  He started out as a staff accountant working with different bookkeeping systems and then also gained the knowledge to begin tax preparation.  While working for Keith Price & Associates, PC, Rick finished his Bachelor's Degree and also became a Quickbooks "Certified Advisor".  His unique experience with the complexities of bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, and business startup practices allow him to bring a level of knowledge to match our clients different needs.


Angelina "Angie" Troiani

Angie has worked for many years in different positions requiring organization and knowledge of accounting systems.  She is always looking for a better way to do things.  She has a solid background in payroll applications and can help our clients with many of the day to day problems they face.

Our History

Originally founded in 1975 as a partnership with a college friend, the firm has undergone several changes in partners, associates, and locations.  It has been located in it's current building at 721 E Lincolnway since 1984.  The firm has grown with the community and has clients that are the grandchildren of some of our original clients.  We are committed to being a part of the community and to grow as the community grows.
